BFMH:Eggy Tomatoes

This didn't work like it should have as the tomatoes were too small for the whole egg. I ended up being fried egg stuffed into fried tomato.


If you like fried tomatoes, then you will like this.  Simply hollow out tomato, fill with egg, cook till egg us set. A dash of salt and pepper make it perfect and brings out the great flavors of the tomato and egg together. If you are hood on dairy, throw a sluce of cheddar or swiss in with this for an extra decadant yet simple breakfast.
