Salad of fruits and yum

It has been humid and hot the last few weeks here in St Louis. Naturally, I decided to make salad for dinner for Husband and I.

We pulled out the grill and skewered some pineapple, red onion, and chicken.
After grilling it to perfection, we allowed it to cool and put it on a bed of spinach with blue berries and raspberry vinaigrette.
