For Valentine's day I requested that we make (not buy) chocolate covered strawberries. It was super easy in the double boiler that I got for Christmas and they turned out very yummy. All I did was melt some semi sweet chips in the double boiler, dipped a strawberry, placed on parchment paper lined baking sheet, refrigerate until consumption.
